Prologue: Black Lives Matter
No, this particular post is NOT about Black Lives Matter. But I want to remember that while I have the privilege to write about my past, present, or future in my blogs other people are being shot in their own homes sleeping in their beds because of the color of their skin. Enough is enough.

6. Where I Belong Is Where I Am And Where I Am IS Where I Belong
I recently found the above picture in an old scrapbook journal of mine. The prompt asks, "If I could go anywhere" where would it be? Bless my little lost heart, I said, "It would be wherever I belong." That has to be one of the most honest and vulnerable things written in that book. I have always wanted a place where I felt I belonged. And now I know it is up to me to create that place for me and also that every day, every moment, every place, "Where I am is where I belong and where I belong is where I am" because I am guided by divine love and divine timing and all is well. I am on my path to higher consciousness and on my way to manifesting everything I desire. And while I don't necessarily know how or have a five-year plan, I know that where I am is where I belong and where I belong is where I am and what I want is on its way. I don't know how, but everything is going to be okay and I am okay with not knowing. At the same time, I am not letting myself off the hook. I am not going to put my entire future into the hands of others or the universe, etc. I am going to do the best I can with the resources I have. I am going to keep learning. Keep growing. Keep creating. And keep leaving myself time to meditate, to walk, to talk, to reflect, to journal, and to be inspired. I am excited and I am proud. I am here.
7. Messages I've Been Receiving
- "To be emotionally stagnant is to be stuck and fixated, a negative and oppressive state. As a symbol of release, the mosquito spirit guide inspires us to free ourselves from those stagnant states and remain conscious and aware of our own emotional well-being"
- "you are draining your energy (or are having your energy drained) in a way that is neither healthy nor productive for you."
- "stop getting involved in issues that do not aid in your own personal growth, for they are a waste of time, energy, and resources. Getting caught up in the drama of others is a perfect example of this and should be avoided at all costs."
