Today I am grateful for:
- The man who flagged me down in the parking lot just to tell me, "Hey! You have antlers growing from your roof! Merry Christmas!"
- The fireman who made eyes at me at the grocery store
- This feeling like I am actually just existing, having fun and enjoying my life
- Letting go
- Saying hello
- Opening doors
Today I learned:
- No one is putting any pressure on me except myself
- No one is expecting anything of me except myself
- Sometimes all that extra pressure isn't actually helpful
- Sometimes you just need to exist
- And sometimes good ideas can be exciting and if you're a doer you wanna get to it, but sometimes you can just have good ideas and they can just stay good ideas
- Sometimes you just need to eat and sleep and go for a walk
I feel good when I:
- Move my body - even if its just a ten minute dance party or a stroll around the block
- Eat wholesome fresh low-caloric density foods
- Drink water
- Clean my room
- Meal prep
- Allow myself to enjoy the little things
- Sleep
- Work
- Write it out
- Talk it out
- Walk it out *Ay!*
- Have breakfast and lunch and dinner
- Shower
- Do my own grocery shopping
- Budget
- Follow my budget
- Evaluate and re-examine my budget
- Stay in my budget (you get the idea)
I want you to pull bobby pins out of my hair
I want you to catch me running down your stairs
I want you
What more is there?
And I wouldn't want to be in any other place
